Best Myrtle Beach Golf For You and Your Buddies

Some of the best golf around the word can be found in Myrtle Beach SC. Lets start of with what to do to prepare for your trip for you and your buddies to get exposed to the best Myrtle Beach golf. Here is a few important things to remember: Here's what Dave Owen from Golf Digest says... On a late-winter day about 15 years ago, my friend Ray, who had been studying the Weather Channel since Christmas, called to invite me on a spur-of-the-moment golf trip to Myrtle Beach. If I had been moping inside my house instead of standing on a ladder, knocking ice off a gutter, I would have told him to forget it, out of fear that my wife would murder me for even asking. But my wife was the one who answered the phone, and--you figure the odds--she said, "Why not?" Read entire article here

Book your trip for the right time of year for the best experience. The best time is in the Spring or the Fall because it's not to hot and not to cold BUT remember that is also the busiest time for Myrtle Beach golf which means it can be hard to get tee times of your liking and the prices are higher. Keep an eye on the weather as it gets closer to your trip, the weather here is great but you still got to watch for rain and wind. Check on local events before you book your trip, if something big is happening in town it may make it hard to get a room, always remember to book in advance especially in the Summer time as on Sat night you may not get a room at all. I've tried to help many friends find a room on a Sat night and they end up driving out of town to find a room. If your flying here check the rates to fly in to Wilmington NC(ILM) as a lot of the times the fights to and from there are much cheaper and it's only one hour to Myrtle Beach. This should help you with getting your trip started.
